Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated under the domain bermovto.forum (the “Site”) and the educational materials made available through it. The Site is operated by LODZ Holding B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Molenstraat 16, 1861 LG Bergen, Netherlands (the “Operator”).
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.
1. Nature of the content
All material published on the Site is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. The content explains concepts related to the structure of investing in Canada, common account types and investment vehicles, principles such as risk, time horizon and diversification, and the reading of basic financial information. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or any other form of professional advice.
The Operator does not provide personalised recommendations, portfolio construction, suitability assessments, or any service that would require registration as an adviser, dealer or other regulated entity under Canadian securities legislation or the laws of any other jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to use any particular account or product.
2. No advisory relationship
Use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and the Operator or any of its personnel. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your personal finances, investments or accounts. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals licensed or registered in your jurisdiction before making any financial decision.
3. Accuracy and limitations
While the Operator endeavours to present information that is accurate and up to date at the time of publication, the content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Laws, regulations, market structures and account rules can change. The Operator does not warrant that the material is complete, current or free from error, and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information.
Historical data or observations about markets, when presented, are descriptive of the past and are not indicators of future results. No representation is made that any particular outcome will or will not occur.
4. Acceptable use
You may access and use the educational materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent; use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; or misrepresent the nature of the content or present it as advice.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, photographs and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights belonging to the Operator or its licensors. Limited personal use for educational study is permitted. Any other use requires prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and references
The Site may contain links to or references to publicly available materials published by regulators, exchanges or other organisations. These are provided for educational convenience only. The Operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites or documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your use is the version that applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
